About Me
My name is Stewart I am a qualified talk therapist, with a diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and I am governed by COSCA.
My own challenges with mental health issues and seeking help myself, lead to my passion to learn more about mental health conditions and desire to work with people to find their light in the darkness, break free from the mud, clear the clouds from our minds.
